Meadowcreek Golf Course

Let me start this by saying that I gave Meadowcreek every opportunity to respond appropriately via feedback form and in person, and they did not. Langdon in particular, rolled his eyes, scoffed, and patently dismissed me at every opportunity; thereby not allowing me to explain my concern, let alone have it dealt with appropriately. Ultimately, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Meadow Creek Golf Course. If I could give it 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was not just a frustrating customer service issue. The way I was treated was rude, inappropriate, disrespectful, and, in my view, discriminatory. Here is what happened: we relied on the phone number listed on Meadow Creek’s website and were given information by someone connected to the course that led us to believe our group arrangement was fine. So, for the second time, when we arrived in person, it was not fine and the information we were given was incorrect. If the website number is wrong, Meadow Creek should fix it. My group of 4 played the front nine in 2 hours 9 minutes and was reprimanded at the turn by a crass and aggressive employee to speed up play (even though we hadn’t seen a group behind us on the front). I would never take the time to review a course that was in poor condition but in this case I will add - the course was in terrible shape. Overgrown grass, closed 15th hole for construction, range balls littering the first hole. I will not return. Shot an 85 though.

The course has potential, but it’s significantly overpriced for the current conditions. It was cart path only while actively under construction, and one hole was closed — that should absolutely be reflected in the fee. Website / pro shop didn't have any warning of construction either.

Charged full price even though the course looked like a construction site due to the installation of new irrigation. Sinking in mud trying to get to tee boxes and greens. Worst golf experience I’ve had.

The course is amazing!! Very beautiful. They keep the greens very well kept. However, the clubhouse was a tad disappointing. The staff was also very helpful.
